E-mail messages can be set up and customized to email Invoices from within Unanet. Custom text can be defined for the Subject and the Message.
Navigate to Admin > Setup> Miscellaneous > E-mail Messages > Edit Pencil Icon.
The following variable tags can be embedded in the message to provide additional customized content. See the Help docs for more information.
- Customer Name
- Customer Code
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Amount
- Invoice Date
- Sending Company Name
- Project Code
- Project Name
- Contract Number
- Order Number
E-MAIL OPTIONS may then be selected at the Project profile level in the Billing area.
Navigate to Project > List > List tab > Edit Pencil Icon > Billing > Invoice Setup > Contacts tab.
