  • Within the project, navigate to Expense Budgets > Budget with Grid (instead of Expense Budgets > Budget with Grid).
  • You can also budget expenses on multiple projects using the Forecast > Expense Budgeter grid.  

Criteria are essentially the same although the word "Plan" is replaced by "Budget."

Note: Values entered into the expense budget should be the "direct cost" value. Unanet will use the bill type of the project or task to calculate the appropriate billable or total cost values for the reports.

In the Periodic Reports, Expense Budgets will show up along with People Assignments when "Budgets" instead of "Plans" are chosen for Schedule Type.
