What type of access should I give a Contracts Manager without giving the Admin Role?
Some users want to provide detailed project info including cost rates and bill rates, as well as the ability to change project details, to a Contracts Manager without giving them the Admin Role.
To do this, the Contracts Manager could be given these roles:
- Project Manager to edit project details
- Cost Rate Manager to edit and view cost rates at the individual level
- Bill Rate Manager to edit and view bill rates
The Contracts Manager must then be given access to the specific projects via Org Access (by Organization) or via Project Administrators (in the specific project profiles).
