How can EFT payment advices be printed for distribution?

"Advice" definition: A note sent to a vendor or buyer that outlines the methods of payment that will be accepted.

Payment advices for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments can be printed for distribution in the following ways:

  1. Print the advices on blank paper. Upload a "check signature" on the EFT bank account that states "non-negotiable" which will print in the signature line of the advice.
  2. Use pre-printed advices (in lieu of checks) that contain the words "non-negotiable" on them.
