How do I unlock users who have been locked out of the system due to incorrect password entry?


Check the value for “Failed Login Attempts Before Lockout” under Admin > Properties > Unanet > Access/Permissions > Password Expiration.  The option to unlock a user will appear only if this value is set to something other than zero (zero would mean unlimited login attempts; therefore, no user could ever be locked out).

When a user account is locked out, the administrator will be able to see the status of the user account on the Profile tab of the User (see Figure 1 below). The administrator will see the option to unlock the user account on the Password tab (see Figure 2 below):
